Corporate events are always more impactful when guests get to do more than simply enter a room. The most memorable experiences invite interaction, spark curiosity, and create moments people want to talk about long after the event is over.
That was the goal behind this brand activation created for Tommy Express Car Wash.

When planner Touch of Jewel reached out, the assignment was clear: design an installation that guests could interact with during cocktail hour while also serving as a striking photo opportunity and a memorable branded experience.
The final concept needed to feel immersive, visually compelling, and connected to the Tommy Express brand.
To bring that vision to life, we created an activation that incorporated the company’s brand colors and transformed the space into something guests could step into, not just admire from a distance.
The installation featured four animated LED light tunnel rings, forming a glowing pathway that immediately drew attention across the room. To ground the design and enhance the overall drama, we used a reflective black acrylic floor, which amplified the lighting and created a sleek, high-contrast finish.
One of the most distinctive design elements was the addition of rotating brush pillars, inspired by the movement and energy of a car wash itself. These details helped make the activation feel experiential and brand-specific rather than generic.
At the end of the tunnel, we added a square arch with dropping felt rags, creating a clever finishing detail that tied the concept back to the Tommy Express identity in a way that felt both immersive and memorable.
What made this activation especially successful was that it served multiple purposes at once. It became a cocktail hour focal point, an interactive guest experience, and a photo opportunity all in one.

Guests were not simply walking past it. They were engaging with it, stepping through it, and capturing the moment.
That is what makes a strong brand activation so effective. It goes beyond decor and becomes part of the experience itself.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful experiential event design can elevate a corporate event. When an activation is rooted in the client’s identity and designed with the guest experience in mind, it becomes more than a visual feature. It becomes a moment people remember.
For Tommy Express Car Wash, that moment was bold, immersive, and unforgettable.
